2009 Call Center Conference
October 18-21, 2009
Monte Carlo Resort and Casino
Las Vegas, Nevada

You do not want to miss the 2009 Call Center Conference! Credit Union call centers are being affected by a variety of external and internal factors this year. The Call Center Conference will address these factors and give you ideas and solutions to return to your call center and implement.  New for this year, three different tracks are being offered: Executive, Managers and Lending. Join your peers from across the U.S. and Canada and listen to speakers address needs that are specific to your position.

This conference covers everything from “Increasing Your Member Service Power to New Levels of Excellence” presented by Dr. Jerry Teplitz to Patrick Adams’  keynote, “Moving Ideas to Action”.  In the Executive track, learn about “Successful Employee Incentive Programs” from Brett Christensen. If you’re attending the Managers Track you’ll take back plenty of ideas in “Who’s Doing What? An Overview of Effective Contact Center Organizational Structures” with Darryl Flores. Our newly added Lending Track is packed with informative sessions, such as “Lending in your Call Center- Ensuring a Complete Member Experience” by John Knoll and Robert Israelite.

The Pre-Conference is filled with excellent information to help you excel in your call center and covers topics from staffing and scheduling to leadership tips by Joanne Smikle.  Learn coaching tips that you can apply immediately from Jim Mathis in “Coaching for Breakthrough Performance” during the Post-Conference.

Put on your favorite team’s football jersey and join us at the top-level of the Monte Carlo Brew Pub for a fun, informal networking dinner while watching Monday Night Football. Enjoy traditional football fare and some ice cold refreshments while door prize drawings are being raffled away. Maybe you and your team will be the big winners!

Plenty of networking opportunities are provided during breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches and the Monday night dinner. The Roundtable discussions were so popular last year that we added more time for them this year! Sit with your peers to discuss “hot topics” and share best practices with call centers in your asset size.

Take advantage of this year’s special bundled package rate before September 15, 2009 to attend all three conferences. The Monte Carlo Resort & Casino is also offering reduced rates for conference attendees, making this an affordable opportunity you can’t pass up.  Business casual is the attire for this conference (except casual attire on Monday night), but always be prepared for temperature fluctuations in the meeting rooms. October is one of the nicest months to visit Las Vegas so come prepared for mild to warm weather during the day and cooler evenings. See you in October!

Who should attend?
Attendees should include: CEO, VP of Call Center, VP of Operations, Call Center Managers, Call Center Loan Officers, and Call Center Representatives from all departments.
