The 2010 Credit Union Call Center Conference has an exciting educational line-up that you won't want to miss!
Add the Post-Conference on Wednesday to learn valuable tools from two excellent speakers.
On Monday evening put your Hawaiian shirt on and say "Aloha" to vendors and attendees as you sip on a cool cocktail around the pool. Enjoy a taste of the islands while door prize drawings are being raffled away during the luau. So hele mei hoohiwahiwa (come celebrate)!
Come and network with your peers and learn about their best practices during breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, the Hospitality Reception and the Monday night luau. The roundtable discussions provide an opportunity to sit with your peers and discuss industry "hot topics" with other credit unions in your asset size.

Business casual is the attire for this conference (except casual attire on Monday night), but always be prepared for temperature fluctuations in the meeting rooms. October is one of the nicest months to visit Las Vegas so come prepared for mild to warm weather during the day and cooler evenings. See you in October!
