SPECIAL SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE TRAINING DAY! 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Note: Priced separately at $159 per person. What exactly is the Supervisory Committee’s business as opposed to the Board of Directors’ or management? Explore the basic duties and responsibilities of the Supervisory Committee as we break out into small groups to discuss current topics, practical approaches to responsibilities, ways to minimize liability in a constantly changing environment, and our challenges and success. Though basic duties are discussed, tenured committee members are welcomed to share their experiences. We will also work to better understand the credit union’s financial statements and how to use certain key ratios to gauge the position of the credit union. This workshop provides a great venue to share with one another as well as learn and grow in your responsibilities.
