49th Annual Meeting and Convention
Registration Form

 

Your education investment for the 2008 Credit Union Association of New Mexico Annual Meeting and Convention is $259 per person. (Receive 50% off every 5th full package you purchase.) This per-person fee includes admittance to the Thursday night dinner reception, all education sessions, continental breakfast, scheduled breaks, the awards luncheon, and the Friday night Silver Star Gala. The guest fee is $100 which allows admittance to the Thursday night dinner reception, continental breakfast, the awards luncheon, and the Friday night Silver Star Gala. Please call Amy M. Dress is business casual for the convention and annual meeting and black tie optional for the Silver Star Gala. Please bring sweaters or jackets due to fluctuations in room temperature beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, May 2, 2008. Any cancellations received after the registration deadline will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Registrations received after May 2, 2008, will be charged a $50 per person late fee. Any cancellations received within 7 days of this event will not be refunded. Substitutions are always welcome.
