  • $325 per person - Pre-Conference Workshops* if registered by September 24, 2008
  • $575 per person -Early Bird - if received by August 20, 2008.
  • $625 per person for single registrations if registered by September 24, 2008
  • $550 per person for multiple registrations if registered by September 24, 2008
  • $675 per person if received after September 24, 2008
  • $275 per person for Post-Conference Workshop* if registered by September 24, 2008

Late Registrations: Registrations received after the deadline will be charged a per-person late fee of $50.

CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING BY Wednesday, September 24, 2008. ANY CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% CANCELLATION FEE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED IF CANCELLATIONS ARE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE CONFERENCE BEGINS. SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ACCEPTED ANYTIME.
