Identifying and Listening for Member Needs Webinar

June 11, 2009
9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. CDT

What You Will Learn: In today's competitive environment credit unions are challenging the way they think about sales and marketing. Gone are the days of simply taking orders - today's members are fair game to the competition and there are plenty of financial institutions lined up ready to fulfill their needs. What are you doing to encourage members to use and stay with their credit union? As a not-for-profit financial cooperative you need your member-owners to use the institution in which they own. Then and only then can they find true value in membership. This session will introduce you to strategies and skills to use to build financial success with your members.

Speaker: Jason Boles is founder and president of Jason Boles Consulting (JBC), an innovative firm specializing in results-oriented speaking, training, and consulting services. Jason served on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and earned his Certificate of Achievement in Training and Development from the University of Oklahoma. He is certified in various sales, service, leadership, and finance training programs.
