One Hour QuickBite Teleconference

Redefining Business Development in Community Charters

June 30, 2009

10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CST

$99.00 per telephone line

Back in the “olden days” Business Development for Credit Union SEGs was fairly easy – The HR department promoted the credit union as an HR Benefit and you just had to supply them with an occasional brochure or account card.  This session will provide you with innovative ideas, “underground” marketing techniques that work and a way to rethink your BD strategy.

Speaker: Deb McLean has over 20 years of financial marketing experience and was responsible for all marketing, public relations, and product research & design for three credit unions and two banks during her career as a marketing professional.  McLean is a graduate of the CUES Executive Marketing. McLean started at a small credit union in 1995, she implemented their first member survey which brought a new awareness of membership make-up – 65% female not the “blue-collar male” as perceived by board & staff.
