 Confused about the new regulations related to Multi-Featured Open End Lending going into effect on July 1st, 2010?   Well, you don't need to be.  This audio conference will take you through the ins and outs of new compliance requirements and provide details and tools to help you make sure you’re ready.  

Speaker: Shelly Vils is Senior Manager of the Credit Union Training Team at CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin.  Shelly has been involved in the lending industry for over 17 years.  Since 2003 she has focused her efforts on delivering education and development to meet credit union’s changing lending needs.  Shelly speaks to credit unions across the United States delivering education and advice about lending products, processes, and best practices.  Shelly has a natural talent for engaging an audience and delivers her message in a way that leaves participants more knowledgeable about the subject at hand.

2. Prior to the teleconference, you will receive telephone dial-in procedures and PIN number along with handout materials.

3. On the day of the conference gather all the attendees for a mid-morning QuickBite by placing your telephone on speakerphone, distribute copies of the handout material, and enjoy this educational snack!  Questions are welcomed and encouraged!

Cancellation/Payment Policy: Substitutions are always welcome. No-shows and cancellations received five days or less prior to the event will be invoiced for the full registration fee. Please do not send payment; your credit union will be billed. Password information and materials will be e-mailed 48 hours prior to the session.
