Still a hot topic with the examiners and with NCUA.  A regulation the examiners are focusing on.  A regulation that provides monetary, criminal, and civil penalties.  In short, not a regulation to not be in compliance with.  This QuickBite will provide a brief overview of the regulation, a review of the required forms, BSA changes, and what the examiners will be looking for.  Appropriate for front-line and mid-level staff.

 

Speaker:  Janet Stutz-Cleven

Janet is a nationally recognized speaker on deposit compliance and IRAs.

Her 15 + years of experience include IRA and deposit training in 45 states as well as numerous in-house sessions for both external and internal staff.  Janet has worked with credit unions and credit union leagues as Master Trainer/Consultant with CUNA Mutual Group, the Deposit Training Consultant with CUNA Mutual Business Services and CUNA Mutual Group, and an IRA Trainer/Specialist with CUNA Mutual Business Services and CUNA Service Group.  Janet received her BA in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She received her financial planners license from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.

Cancellation/Payment Policy: Substitutions are always welcome. No-shows and cancellations received five days or less prior to the event will be invoiced for the full registration fee.
